Shipping Coverage Area
We currently ship within the United States only. Orders must include a valid U.S. delivery address to be processed and fulfilled.
Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This serves as your receipt and indicates your order has entered our roasting queue. If you do not receive confirmation within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.
Order Processing (Handling Time)
All coffee is roasted and prepared after your order is placed to ensure peak freshness.

Business Days: Our fulfillment operations run Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) will begin processing the following business day.

Changes: Because each order is custom-prepared, changes cannot be made once fulfillment has begun.

After shipment, transit time typically ranges from 1–5 business days, depending on your location.

Expedited Shipping: We do not offer expedited shipping at this time to ensure the quality and craftsmanship of our roasting process are never compromised.
Shipment Notification & Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. This email includes a tracking number. Please note that tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take up to 24 hours to appear in their system.
Shipping Carriers
We ship using trusted national carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection is determined based on the destination and the most reliable delivery method for each order.
Delays & Exceptions
While we work closely with our fulfillment and shipping partners to maintain consistent timelines, occasional delays may occur due to weather, carrier capacity, or peak seasonal demand. If a significant delay affects your order, we will proactively communicate updated timing.
