My connection to coffee deepened through time I'm spending in Colombia, where coffee is not treated as an accessory to life, but as part of the landscape, the culture, and the daily rhythm of connection.
Being close to coffee-growing regions changed the way I think about what belongs in a cup. Coffee begins long before it reaches a bag. It begins with altitude, soil, harvest, weather, processing, roasting, and the hands of many people who shape its final character.
