My connection to coffee deepened through time I'm spending in Colombia, where coffee is not treated as an accessory to life, but as part of the landscape, the culture, and the daily rhythm of connection.
Being close to coffee-growing regions changed the way I think about what belongs in a cup. Coffee begins long before it reaches a bag. It begins with altitude, soil, harvest, weather, processing, roasting, and the hands of many people who shape its final character.

At Luz Coffee Co, we select coffees for their origin, character, quality, and the story behind the place where they were grown. We look for coffees that allow you to experience what makes one growing region distinctly different from another—from the fruit-forward complexity of Ethiopia to the rich, balanced character of Colombia.
Once selected, our coffees are fresh-roasted in small batches by our U.S. roasting partner and shipped directly to you, allowing us to focus on exceptional coffee without warehousing bags for months before they reach your cup.
