Brewing Guide

This Papua New Guinea medium roast works well across several brewing methods, including pour-over, drip coffee, French press, Chemex, and AeroPress.

A good starting point is a 1:16 to 1:17 coffee-to-water ratio. For example, use 20 grams of coffee with 320–340 grams of water.

For pour-over, use a medium-fine grind and water around 200°F, starting with a short bloom before pouring in slow stages. For drip coffee, use a medium grind and filtered water for a balanced daily cup. For French press, use a coarse grind and a longer steep time if you want more body and caramel sweetness.
